[Feature request] Control Panel placement options

Rotation options Maybe you can change the options when placing a control panel, the rotation is currently at a 90 degree angle, if this is adjusted it is easy to set the control panel in the shape of a U.

Height options It would also be nice if you could dynamically adjust the height of the control panel.

I agree, steps of 45 degrees would be more ideal

Build steps:

1. Choose location
2. Rotate (45° inc or [CTRL] 15° inc)
3. Set height Kind of like vanilla conveyor poles

Not sure why still open, but gotta close it now as it already became a feature (see the commit by Roze mentioning this issue)
