No easy way to blacklist words

When searching for things in PoE, in most cases it would be related to the league challenges - and a feature for blacklisting words would be useful. Things like "LF" or "WTB" is stuff that you rarely want to see.

I don't play PoE anymore and don't have it installed, so I can't really make/test changes to this, sorry.

Though if you or anyone else wants to implement this, I'll gladly add them as contributors and/or add their changes
