怎么解决跨域问题？

游戏后台兼职前端用这个项目当模版做东西，不太懂vue, 需求是需要单独请求另外一个服务器的http端口，但遇到跨域检查， 按照网上的教程发觉配置要3.0才生效，2.0的配置项目文件夹又找不到
