Unable to obtain pre-defined URL categories using a data source

Describe the solution you'd like

I'd like to be able to populate the block-list of the panos_url_filtering_security_profile with pre-defined URL categories, such as: high-risk, gambling, etc by reading the pre-defined categories from a data source.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Create a local file containing the pre-defined categories and read in using the file function
