QoS and QoS profile capabalities

We have an existing configuration made by using mainly the PAN-OS GUI, but today I did the exercice to create an IPSec tunnel with almost all the components around except when it was the time to commit my TF changes I got this: https://knowledgebase.paloaltonetworks.com/KCSArticleDetail?id=kA10g000000ClzPCAS

Which I guess for this change I have to do it outside of the panos provider.

Would be nice if we can stay 100% inside of TF.
