Deployment failed in regions without FIFO queues support

Hi. I tried to deploy initializeTransitAccount.json at Frankfurt region because it's missing FIFO SQS feature. But since our company is using PA routers in the Datacenter we want to have them at the cloud as well. And I've made some nice patch to the template that create SQS queues in other region and deployment succeded. I would like to contribute to this project and can make PR if someones needs this.

Sure, I can share. Just need some time to integrate my patch to current branch. Because we have our own branch of this templates in my company

Thank you buddy. In the meanwhile, it'd be grand if you could paste a short snippet of the change in here so I can try it out. Do you use CloudFormation StackSet for that?
