[BUG]: Game always sees DualSense even when not in HidHide exceptions or Emulating as Xbox

Whenever I wake up from Sleep ,the game Honkai: Star Rail seem to be able to see the Dualsense itself and messes with the input as if it's detecting a constant input.

I can change the emulation to Xbox and still see PS icons, meaning that it's doesn't seem to be seeing the virtual controller, if i move my mouse the icons flash for a second between keyboard layout and PS (again as if i was pressing a button in the controller)

To Reproduce

• Wake up from sleep
• Open the game
• Input will be messed up and will ignore DSX settings/emulation

Expected behavior The controller would pick the emulation and work properly

Additional context The fix seem to change emulation to something else (i.e xbox) , disconnect the controller and connect again, then even if switched to Dualsense emulation it works fine, the issue seem to always come when waking up my computer, rebooting it also fixes the issue and starting the game after a fresh boot (like from power off) has never shown the issue.

After that nothing out of the ordinary or error comes up
