Add `wandb.sweep` Support

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. There is no built-in support for hyperparameter optimisation within minerva. wandb.sweep could provide that.

Describe the solution you'd like Implement wandb.sweep into Trainer or runner.py

Describe alternatives you've considered Continue to manually vary hyperparameters.
