Schedule can't be deleted if it's being used by an escalation policy snapshot with open incidents

Hi, I am getting this issue when I am trying to delete the schedules, which currently not used in escalation policy,
"Schedule can't be deleted if it's being used by an escalation policy snapshot with open incidents".

Also one another issue is that, how we can remove on-call users from schedules. is there any way to disable on-call users?

The newest version of the provider should inform you that there are some incidents opened linked to the schedule that prevent you from the deletion.
