Ch1 notebook run check

I ran chapter 1 notebook and found some issues to fix.

• Fixes broken formatting of tables in Jupyter Notebook
• Clarity in code comments.
• Indentation
• Punctuation and some grammar issues.
• Anchors need to be in lowercase (connected with dashes).
