According to the paper, model train with 8 GPU. So, I have a question: Can I train model GraphSum on a GPU (P100) with small dataset?

Yes, of course. You can train GraphSum on your own dataset.

Hi. Did you successful utilize one GPU to train the model? I faced the 'RuntimeError: parallel_for failed: no kernel image is available for execution on the device' error. Do you have any idea?
