关于pdserving是否被弃用，新版本找不到了

之前版本的PaddleOCR-release-2.10\deploy\pdserving，在新版本代码中没有了 如何使用pdserving进行服务化部署， 以及去哪里修改配置，原配置文件路径PaddleOCR-release-2.10\deploy\pdserving\config.yml，现在都没有了

PaddleOCR 3.0不支持pdserving部署，可以采用PaddleOCR 3.0的服务化部署方案，或者使用PaddleOCR 2.10（如果一定要使用pdserving的话）。
