Paddle Inference 静态编译

编译后生成静态库，paddle_inference.lib和libpaddle_inference.lib，但是链接到应用程序也没有报错，但是运行的时候还是提示需要paddle_inference.dll，这个是个什么情况？ 编译环境： vs2019，cmake3.15.5
