Odia language corpus and dict added

Thanks for creating OCR models for different languages. I have added Odia language details in this PR. Wiki - https://or.wikipedia.org/ Unique features of Odia language:

  • Diacritics character added
  • Odia numbers added

Source of dataset: Odia Structured Dictionary in Kaggle CC-BY-SA-4.0 licensed.
