PaddleOCR Paddle-VL 初始化加载后，python 内核直接崩溃重启了。

🐛 Bug (问题描述)

try:

    pipeline_full = PaddleOCRVL()

代码没有进入except 中。代码执行到，pipeline_full = PaddleOCRVL()后就停止了。没有任何的异常提示。使用的是aconda 环境。cuda版本是11.8，python 版本是3.11 使用官方代码：paddleocr doc_parser -i https://paddle-model-ecology.bj.bcebos.com/paddlex/imgs/demo_image/paddleocr_vl_demo.png 是同样的问题
