paddlepaddle-gpu not working for RTX 5070

🐛 Bug (问题描述)
We have been using 4060ti and paddle ocr worked perfectly fine with that could you now help me with the installation of the paddle for 5070 it return none in results whereas with cpu it does return the result.

@cuicheng01 我的 PaddleOCR 也是使用 gpu 不返回结果，在安装 Paddle 3.0 框架时就显示 120 的计算能力不被支持，请问PaddleOCR 的这个问题是 Paddle gpu 框架导致的是吗？
您好，可以去这个地方下载paddle的最新develop版本 https://www.paddlepaddle.org.cn/packages/nightly/cu118/paddlepaddle-gpu/ 看看支持了没。还是不行的话建议去paddle官方仓库上提个issue。
