looks like tensorrt is doing anything and the times are the same with or without it.

System Environment：Windows 11 Versions: Paddle：paddlepaddle-gpu 2.5.0 PaddleOCR： 2.6 tensorrt：8.6.1

i am runing tools.infer.predict_system as module, one time with the flag "--use_tensorrt" as false and one time with it as true.

files like "rec_trt_dynamic_shape.txt" are generated but both of the runs shows the same times on the same images, with or without tensorrt.

why?
