Text video synchronization

I have video with long timings. I have short audio or text. I want to synchronize the video with audio or the text of few lines and remaining part I want to delete.

Is it possible with PaddleMIX to provide the frame rate and the audio to make output of such a thing. In short, I want to shorten the video based only on available audio -/ text matching the frames or closely related to frames. If you can guide me any way would be a great help.
