Server connectivity from USA

It seems the server link does not load (at least not in the USA).

We have tried logging into our server from the U.S., and it works. However, due to network connectivity issues, there may be occasional disconnections that require re-login. Could you please share the error page that failed to load? It might help us identify the cause of the problem.

I don't get any error, it just stuck loading forever. All white screen.
