Hi!

I would like to clarify if PaddleGAN Licence https://github.com/PaddlePaddle/PaddleGAN/blob/develop/LICENSE applies to First Order Model implementation in Paddle GAN repo. or are there any restrictions?

PaddlePaddle is provided under the Apache-2.0 license. Hence, all the models/algorithms in the PaddleGAN repo also comply with Apache-2.0 license, meaning that you can use or modify those models(including First Order Motion) for free. Moreover, all the restrictions are listed in the Apache-2.0 license,pls refer to the file.
