put_along_axis for int

如果输入数组和value都是int，是否有put_along_axis 的替代函数，目前文档上写着put_along_axis只支持float32和float64

用paddle.cast先转一下数据类型 是否满足需求呢

可以。。。但为什么不直接内嵌到里面。。。感觉要先cast过去，再put_along_axis，再cast回来，就会比较麻烦
