Omit <h1> page title in output

Currently, all antora-confluence pages have duplicate titles because Confluence shows both page name and <h1> from page content. It would be great if the second title could be removed.

Thanks for the input, the reason why we cannot just omit the page title is, that Captain may prefix the page name in case it is not unique in the space. If all ages are unique, like in your case, the title is duplicated. More details are described in the how it works section
