Page with same title in the space

If there is a page with the same title (let's call it "Title One") in the space and if the antora publication has to create a page with this title, the content of the original page is modified, even if the page is not under the original parent defined in the configuration.

Is it possible to make something to prevent it please ? Perhaps by adding a prefix to the new page or by generating pages only under the original parent ?
