Invalid Application identifier

I created a new application and secret key when i restart the HA i get an error in log saying "oauthlib.oauth2.rfc6749.errors.UnauthorizedClientError: (unauthorized_client) " and it points to old application id which is deleted. I am not sure from where it is picking up the old id
