Vuforia on the Meta Quest

With Meta now offering camera access on the Quest 3(S) headsets with Unity, can developers use Vuforia on the Quest? If not, are there any plans to allow Vuforia to run on the Quest like it does on desktop, mobile, and other AR headsets?
