VuMarks fail when uploaded to the Target Manager

There is currently an issue while using Adobe Illustrator 28.7.1 to create VuMarks. When uploaded to the Target Manager, the VuMark-generated file is processed as failed and doesn't provide an error message. This appears to be related to a change in how Illustrator generates SVG files. While we work on a fix, please use the older 27.6.9 version of Adobe Illustrator.
