Admin Docs in Wiki/Markdown

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I'd rather view the documentation online instead of in Word

Describe the solution you'd like To have the information in markdown available in the repo or project wiki

Describe alternatives you've considered None

Additional context At first I did a conversion but it as one MD file was slow to load. I now converted into separate files.

Please copy these files and push into the project wiki git repo -- it does not allow PRs 😞 https://github.com/cybermoloch/PSAppDeployToolkit.wiki.git

They could use some additional formatting to make them easier to read which I would like to do.

I resent from my own domain in case protonmail.com is blocked by your provider. (But it is on ProtonMail still so if ProtonMail isn't resolving MX records properly for your domain... Really would have thought email would be a solved issue by now! And for GitHub being the "social" git platform...)
