This conversion was done with your tools in their latest build "FreeMastercodeFinder" and "PS2-pnach-converter-windowsx64": SLUS_205.52.cht.zip

~~PS:` It wasn't tested by me yet.~~ EDIT: I tested and it works. Don't forget to change to 16:9 aspect ratio ->Inside the game, in Display Menu enable Widescreen mode.

I also found a Modern Widescreen patch for GTA3 done by Daniel Santos, but it's not converted and it's ~~also~~ untested, if you want to take a look @israpps : https://github.com/DanielSant0s/mwfproject/tree/main/SLUS-20062
