Create a Docker image

Looking at using Docker to have images for

  1. All components
  2. Host DB component
  3. Client run component
  4. runall component The Client component could potentially have multiple versions of compilers available for people to use.

The FLiT ecosystem has been simplified. There is a docker container I have been using privately. After making it public, or adding the Dockerfile to the repository, I should be able to close this issue.
