flit bisect failed on LULESH with --delete flag

Not sure why this happened, so it should be investigated. This is with the LULESH experiment that was done with FLiT. The workaround was to create a separate script that would track the auto-bisect run and would clean up after it. But I'd like to solve and fix why the --delete flag prevented flit bisect from running on the LULESH experiment.
