Surface registrations

Add surfaces to the cross-template-registrations.

Hi Chris, is there any plan for this enhancement to be released? I'd be interested in warping data between surface spaces (e.g., NMT v2.0 surface vs. Yerkes19 surface) and was wondering what the best way to go about it might be. Thanks.

I don't know if anyone is actively working on it. I'm not at the moment and it's not high on my priority list. Maybe @niksirbi made some progress?

I am also not working at it right now. @TingsterX had expressed interest to do so some time ago, but I am not aware of anything new on this front.
