How to setup Moray with Povray 3.7?

We do own the rights to the Moray modeller, which was formerly commercial, but it needs a little work to get it working with v3.7 or later.

Don't know myself. There was some recent discussion - past few months - about re-starting development with a focus on 3.7 feature support, but I've not heard anything since. It might be worth asking your question in the moray newsgroup and in the following thread in particular:
