Add file attachment capability to posts

Adding functionality to add different type of file attachments such as Microsoft extensions (docx, xlsx, etc) or pdf, etc.

Should the file types be configurable? We would need to know the file extension and the mime type. Should we figure out a way to scan files for threats? I wonder if there's an open source thing for that.

Would adding drag and drop for this also be viable?

Maybe. I haven't looked at that API in years, but it used to be pretty inconsistently implemented and requires a different path for mobile.
