Launches once then crashes and won't launch until reboot

After a fresh reboot, PAL2.exe will launch, but crashes as soon as you try to perform any action (update, launch, etc.). Then, if you launch it again, it hangs on the "Checking for your installed addons" step.

Delete %localappadata%/PAL
