Won't connect to Github?

Trying to use PAL2 [Path of Exile Addon Launcher 2] and it's just stuck on the updating process; the log file says something like; 2019-56-28 13:56:50.352 [DefaultDispatcher-worker-5] ERROR Github.GH_Connector - Github API is likely offline, retrying in 5 seconds! And I know it's just me since other people can use the app fine.

Trademacro works just fine so I don't know why it's PAL2 specifically.
