Getting that error when attempting to launch PAL, was working fine yesterday.

No updates to PAL have been pushed in the past couple of days, so it isn't due to an update, something must've randomly gotten corrupted, I'd reccomend doing a clean restart (you'll lose your settings) delete %localappadata%/PAL
