Bug with autoupdate and "Launch PoE on launch option"

If PAL decided to update automatically, it will close (without closing addons and PoE which is fine), updates, and relaunch all of those again. Easily reproduced in 1.11.0->1.11.4 update (didnt test with other versions).

I'd have to add some sort of persistent flag somewhere in the DB I guess to make that particular issue change.
