Configurator time-out-ing

When someone closes the configurator the program will get stuck infinitely waiting for the Configurator to finish.

Add some form of detection and re-start the configurator.

Not sure if this is still being worked on but I'm still having this problem. It sits on Waiting on configurator indefinitely. The "PAL: Core" window shows up on the toolbar but isn't able to be opened or interacted with. It's like it's 100% transparent. It does, however, prevent being able to click through it to files underneath it's 100% transparency.

Delete %localappdata%/PAL and it works.
