[Icon Request] protocol buffers .proto file

First of all thanks for your work, it's amazing!

Protocol buffers is a language-neutral used to serialize data, I didn't find an icon for it, but those files are used to work with gRPC, so I think it can be something like this.

I don't think that it is good idea to make association with gRPC, because as stated above, PBs are language/RPC framework agnostic. I have no specific idea in mind as only simple PB idl file-type abbreviation.

Could we expand this with support for this with a folder association protobufs? Should I create a separate issue for this @PKief ?
