incorrect modification time

Hello, the modification time of my annotations is incorrect, my time zone is UTC-04:00, but the modification time does not coincide with the time zone (e.g. if my annotation is at 18:00, at the time of viewing it in obsidian the time is 23:00) how do I solve it please?
