Hangs when installing sqlite3 on Windows 11

When I installed this plugin on Windows 11, there was a step where I needed to install a sqlite3 library. I clicked the autoinstall button, and after that a progress spinner popped up and nothing happened later. Seems to have hung.

I tried the manual install procedure, but that failed too, with an error popup saying that the library was being used by another process.
