AMWin-RP straight up just not opening

Apple Music 1.5.2.62 (1.1282.15873.0) AMWin-RP v1.5.0

When I download it (im not downloading the noruntime version, the other one) I pull it up in the File Explorer, extract it, and then attempt to open it. After clicking open, the blue spinning circle appears on my cursor for 2-3 seconds and then goes away. It doesn't open on the taskbar or in my hidden icons

i had the same problen its in the hidden apps menu but it works without opening it

Happened after April KB update for 24H2, tried on both versions

am 1.5.4.96 rp 1.5.0 & 1.5.1 (issue is relevant for both versions)

issue appeared after I updated my win11home (2025-07 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 24H2 for x64-based Systems) I ran the app from powershell but there were no logs
