i need to install it without docker

i need to install it without docker, becuase my server runs on a windows machine. We use it at work. They don'T give me any install permissions. so i can't run any exe files.! how can i use it without composer?

did it. i found in a fix-log: manual instalation was cleared. so i need to use compuser on my pc and install/download full phpword. after this i can move the diretory on to my other server
