Refresh text when I'm chatting

I have installed the app and it does not refresh the chat when I write. Only refresh when I update the browser (F5)

Is this correct in this app?

No it isn't, sockets doesn't work like they should..

I have install it on server and local host on both side when i refresh the page then i get the message

i have run laravel-echo-server start socket connected but i didn't get video call please help me
