Track the sum of all the golden apples one dies with during a match
this would be a stat tracking if you have a golden apple in your inventory upon death. it counts how many gaps u die with in a game.
usefulness of this is mostly in comp & ranked. these gamemodes are either 5v5 or 7v7. imagine a fight of two teams in KoTH over a hill. a player running into the fight and trading all his hits but then dying wouldve had the chance to space himself away from the fight when he's low and eat his gap for more health. not eating the gap but dying with it would be considered a throw in this scenario cause then the other team would have a health advantage if they all eat their gaps
its useful to see how well u coordinate in teamfights, the basis of good teamfighting is learning when to go in and fight for your teammate who's gapping and when you go out to gap so your teammate comes to fight cycling in and out of teamfights rn its not as easily detectable cause with damage a player trading all his hits but dying with the gap would still go equal damage wise.
i guess i don't really see the stat applicable in casual public games but the comp/ranked community make up a major chunk in the pgm community. maybe making this a toggleable thing would be cool then.
I can't seem to find any situation where this is somewhat useful, please let us know if you think otherwise
i have updated the request with a full explanation i hope it's reasonable now.
Reopening this for further discussion, as new points about its usefulness have been made
Seems like a cool thing, I never intended the verbose stats for public matches anyways so im fine with expanding upon them. Maybe we need to separate the comp version and public version of the extra stats?

thank god someone that actually thought about it correctly. seperating comp seems like a good idea. public can be like the base stats that we have rn & then u can enable extended stats with more comp stats?
i bet theres a few more stats that could be cool for comp if u want i can give more suggestions or ask some people glad to see comp pgm development actually getting some focus even if its only u. much love :)
