Difference in the model defined on Slides and in the Notebook (Day2)

Hi ! The model defined on Slide #18 and in the Jupyter notebook are different can you'll please clarify ? Particularly, in the slide it seems to me that the \tau in the prior distribution for \mu should be the precision ?
