Bug: 1.16 - Selecting a FromImage preset in the menu causes a brief freeze

When selecting a FromImage preset in the world creation menu, OTG will immediately load the map and get biomes from it. This creates noticeable lag with Dregora. Should find a way to delay this until the world is actually being created, or alternatively do this before we get to this stage as part of preset loading.
