larry skin not working with fetchmail

When using any elastic-based skin fetchmail appears to function properly. With larry or any larry-based skin, there is a blank fetchmail pane that has only "save" and "cancel" buttons.

Fetchmail plugin v 1.0.13 Roundcube v 1.6.5 (Debian 12.8)

IIRC elastic skin was fixed in this repo around 2020, but larry was left as is. Would you like to fix it and submit a PR?

Back in 2020 it was mentioned in #30 that elastic was broken but larry worked. I'm not sure what broke in larry since. I know less than nothing about css, so I'm not even sure where to start. I can poke at it, but don't hold your breath. :p
