I'm building in a kvm-guest with 20+GiB, but never seen RAM usage above 8GiB while building Chromium in 9 threads. Chromium + Electron — probably :)

As far as I know, clang could theoretically compile native Windows binaries inside Linux, provided that it has access to Windows libraries and headers.
Is this still an issue?
