Silent Hill 4 (NTSC-K) - Multilanguage Selector

The NTSC-K version of Silent Hill 4 by default only includes Korean and English languages, but this patch allows you to enable the hidden multilanguage selector to have more languages available.

  • Enable the multilanguage selector in the game options, Available languages: English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Japanese and Korean.
